History
of the Firm
Haddonfield Micro Associates was formed in 1988 by the
firm's founder and President, Sheldon A. Master. Prior
to the establishment of HMA, Sheldon served as Dealer
Account Manager for Apple Computer and was the recipient
of numerous sales achievement awards in his six-year
tenure with the company. With advances in technology
leading to the development of many new third-party companies
during the late 1980s, HMA was formed to meet the needs
of high-tech manufacturers seeking to build a strong
dealer network for their respective product lines. Today,
HMA's success in developing strategic channels of distribution
for manufacturers is well documented; the professional
relationships we have developed provide the manufacturer
with an opportunity to reach over 150 dealer locations
throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New York regions.

sales organization is viewed as a direct extension of
the manufacturer in the eyes of the resellers, and we
do so by providing extraordinary sales representation
on their behalf. With a focus on sales excellence, our

of our manufacturers while, at the same time, providing
a remarkable level of sales support to the resellers.

Sales and Marketing Philosophy
Haddonfield Micro Associates is dedicated

on behalf of its manufacturers. HMA has consistently

by electing to represent only a select number of product
lines. Additionally, it should be noted that for every
state-of-the-art product line our sales organization
does proudly represent, a definitive marketing strategy
is immediately developed and implemented to ensure successful
market penetration. HMA positions its sales organization
as a direct extension to the manufacturer's sales, marketing,
and support staff, and typically goes beyond the sales
techniques of most Rep Firm organizations. In our endeavors
to be a value-added marketing firm for manufacturers
and resellers combined, we routinely provide reseller
product training, trade show coverage, timely newsletter
and product bulletin updates, periodic end-user seminar
presentations, and unparalleled support to enhance sell-through
results at the dealer level. Simply stated, our sales
